#19. The Notwist- Neon Golden (2002): This German electronica/post-rock band plugged away at making records throughout the 90s before striking the right chord with this gem. Employing a wide variety of instruments, the band takes several different approaches on the material. The result is a mix of electronica, dance, sprinkled with a little hip-hop, and just good old-fashioned pop music. Try this one out, you’ll be surprised.
